Following the recent sale of Albany House an Bord Pleanála has granted permission with conditions to redevelop the premises into a medical centre.

The permission change of use of retail unit 2 and the first and second floor offiess Int to medical centre. The GP's surgery in unit 4 will remain.

The medical centre will be open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm.
