Ashbourne 1916 Commemorative Events.

A formal state commemorative ceremony preceded by an historical re-enactment of the Battle of Ashbourne.

The event will close with a community concert. Monday 28th March 2016.

UPDATE - Unfortunately all the tickets for the Battle of Ashbourne re-enactment are booked. However free tickets for the state ceremony and the community concert are still available (11.45 to 15.00 on Monday the 28th at the same location as the Battle of Ashbourne re-enactment).

If you are interested in tickets for the state ceremony and community concert, please forward your name and the number of tickets you would like to book (a maximum of 4 tickets per application) to 1916stateevent@meathcoco.ie

Admittance is by ticket only.

The event starts at 11.45am. and the community concert concludes at 3.00pm.

Tickets will be issued on a first come , first served basis. Maximum of 4 tickets to any one applicant.

Tickets will have to be collected from Ashbourne Civic Offices on the 24th of March. Tickets not collected will be redistributed.

Successful applicants will be contacted by email by the 23rd March.
