Gardaí investigating the murder of Noel Duggan, AKA Kingsize, that occurred at the Old… Gardaí investigating the murder of Noel Duggan, AKA Kingsize, that occurred at the Old Mill, Ratoath, Co. Meath on 23rd March, 2016 arrested a man yesterday afternoon Monday 18th April, 2016. The man in his 40s was arrested at approximately 2.30p.m. and is currently detained under Section 30 Offences Against The State Act, 1939 at Ashbourne Garda Station.

All around Swords you constantly see cars just popping into these spaces for 2 minutes… All around Swords you constantly see cars just popping into these spaces for 2 minutes which turns out to be 10 .. 15 minutes. These spaces are critical for people who struggle to get from the car to the shop. If you don't have a badge then PLEASE use another space and be grateful you are fit enough to do so Also the yellow boxes beside paths are there for a reason. Usually they highlight a ramp…
