Gardaí and family concerned for the safety of 13 year old, Christopher Healy, who had gone missing from his home in Co. Cavan since 1:30 yesterday afternoon was found yesterday evening safe and well.

Christopher was last seen at approximately 1.30pm today as he left his home at Drumacarrow Co Cavan to cycle into the town of Bailieboro.

He is approximately four foot six inches tall with brown hair.

When last seen he was wearing a high visibility jacket, grey tracksuit bottoms, black and gold Asics trainers.

It is also believed that Christopher was wearing a cycle helmet.

Christopher's family and Gardaí are concerned for his welfare and anyone who may have seen him or can assist in locating him are asked to contact Bailieboro Garda Station on 042- 9694570 , the Garda Confidential Line 1 800 666 111 or any Garda Station.
