A public meeting on the topic of crime and security in our communities will take place at Downling's, Prosperous at 8pm on Monday 30th November. Speaking at the meeting will be the Crime Prevention Office for Kildare Gda. Sgt. George Doherty and the IFA's Crime Prevention Officer Mr. Colin Connolly. The meeting is being organised and chaired by Fianna Fáil Cllr. James Lawless.
The meeting is open to the public to attend and will be of particular benefit to residents and businesses who are concerned about the rising levels of crime across rural Kildare.
