Cairn Homes, the first Irish home builders to list on the Irish stock market in 9 years, are developing their six acre site in Moyglare.

The homes are due to be ready in 2017. The company are also looking to purchase an adjacent site owned by York Holdings for circa €27 million.

The development is part of Cairn Homes Loan to Own strategy which they have launched following their acquisition of their land portfolio from Ulster bank.
