Do you suffer from migraines that sometimes have a debilitating effect on your everyday life? Would you like to learn more about migraine triggers and what medication and self management steps you can take to reduce the number of migraine attacks you are suffering each month? If so, then this patient information seminar will provide you with a comprehensive overview and understanding of the condition and offer you the opportunity to ask questions from one of Ireland's most experienced migraine nurses.

The speaker for the evening is Jane Melling who is the migraine specialist nurse at the Dublin Neurological Institute in the Mater Hospital. She will advise on patient self management to prevent triggering attacks, medications and treatments, including Botox and the possibilities that acupuncture could offer to migraine sufferers.

This event is organised by The Migraine Association of Ireland, Ireland's only patient charity for people suffering from migraine and other headache disorders. The Migraine Association has over 20 years experience delivering patient-led seminars to the public and they will be in attendance on the night to advise attendees and to provide a selection of migraine information leaflets and resources including the migraine diary.
