1. what to expect?

For those new and experienced to simply enjoy a space which supports and includes many like minded people. Easy somatic movements and guided meditations. a really enjoyable topic each week on how mindfulness relates to how we think, act and generally live our lives. The second half of the class is where we melt into a space of peace and quiet while guided through mindful meditations.
