N52 - Siddan Bridge in the Townland of Siddan, Drumconrath, Navan, Co. Meath

Kildare County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Road Traffic Act 2004, andpursuant to agreement made with Meath County Council under Section 85 of the Local Government Act 2001 (as amended), hereby makes the following Order in respect of the area comprising the administrative County of Meath

1. This order may be cited as the

Road Works Speed Limit Order NRO 4/2016

60 kilometres per hour shall be the Road Works Speed Limit for mechanically propelled vehicles on the Roads as specified in the First Schedule hereto;

First Schedule

Roads in respect of which a Road Works Speed Limit Order of 60 kilometres per hour is prescribed;

A section of the N52, in the townland of Siddan, Drumconrath.

1. N52 From a distance 800 metres North of Siddan Bridge to a

point 800 metres South of Siddan Bridge.

An Garda Síochána and Transport Infrastructure Ireland have indicated that they have no objections to this Road Works Speed Limit Order.

This Road Works Speed Limit Order will apply from

Monday, 23 May 2016 to Friday, 28 October 2016 inclusive
