The sun was shining. And the smart people of Celbridge were out and about taking full advantage of the last rays, right before it began to set. 

There were people walking; catching up on all the goss, cycling; getting their fitness on, jogging; clearing their minds of the days stresses and there were lots and lots of dog walkers; spending quality time with their loved ones.

We got chatting to a lovely couple - the do gooders of Celbridge as we've hailed them.

Meet the lovely Celbridge residents, Gladys and Paul. Between the two of them they have rescued four beautiful dogs... Hero, Sheila, Nugget and Penny. They've taken them in as part of their family and love taking them out for walks in Castletown. They've given the once not so lucky dogs a new lease of life - and we must say the doting dogs look so happy and fond of the couple!!! Well done!!!!
