Beginning the 4th April 2016, Miray Outdoor Performance will start a 9 week 10k training programme with the option of completing the women’s mini marathon on June 6th 2016
This program is aimed at beginners with little or no experience.

We will meet on Monday evenings in Unit 21, The Mill Celbridge where you will receive your personalised training and nutrition plan.

Weekly meetings will be a chance to make new friends, discuss issues, arrange group runs/walks and just have fun!

During these meetings nutrition and exercise presentations will also be provided so you can understand your training plan.

Options are available for fitness tests, body fat analysis and weigh-ins.

Leading this group is Sports Nutritionist and ultra runner Mairead Keenan who has achieved BSc, MSc and Post Graduate qualifications in Biochemistry and Nutrition and Exercise Science.

She is a member of the ACBI and the ISSN.

The 9 week course costs 120 euro or 15 euro per class.
