Gardaí investigating the murder of Noel Duggan, AKA Kingsize, that occurred at the Old Mill, Ratoath, Co. Meath on 23rd March, 2016 arrested a man yesterday afternoon Monday 18th April, 2016.

The man in his 40s was arrested at approximately 2.30p.m. and is currently detained under Section 30 Offences Against The State Act, 1939 at Ashbourne Garda Station.
